OUR CENTER

Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation - Wedgewood is a 124-bed nursing and rehabilitation center in Clarksville, Indiana, offering short-term rehabilitation services and traditional long-term care. For those in need of short-term care, we have a 24-bed unit, designated exclusively for short-term care. This unit has a separate entrance, private phones and cable televisions. WiFi is also available. All those in our short-term unit work with our team of therapists, nurses and registered nurse case managers to meet the patient’s established goals, designed to prepare for a transition back home.

For those requiring an extended stay at our center, we offer a variety of activities throughout the day to keep residents busy. Our fine dining program is designed to help us provide a home-like environment, surrounded by service excellence.
